Situation
The Director of Chick-fil-A’s automation enablement department was tasked with branding the department’s capabilities and vision to Executive Leadership and departments across the company. The challenge extended beyond simple communication—the team needed to build excitement among staff and educate them on how automation can help make work more efficient and rewarding.
Chick-fil-A required a comprehensive approach to raising awareness about the automation enablement department while demonstrating its value in a way that fit with the company’s culture and values. Success would require reaching diverse stakeholders across technology services, cross-functional leadership, and staff at all levels.
Our Solution
Thought Logic partnered with Chick-fil-A’s automation enablement team to create streamlined templates, storyboards, and communication strategies that would resonate across the organization. We developed “Journey Map” templates for each capability that could be easily shared with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, providing clear pathways for automation adoption.
Our team produced a branding video featuring Chick-fil-A staff success stories that showcased how automation makes jobs more efficient while opening more opportunities for growth. We created storyboards and leader scripts for both Spring and Fall EC Showcases, ensuring consistent messaging at key organizational moments. To sustain engagement, we developed communications to create awareness and excitement for the Automation 101 quarterly Lunch and Learn trainings open to all staff.
