She has been played a key role in several major initiatives, including Thought Logic's private equity partnership and leading financial workstreams for two acquisitions. She partners closely across the organization to improve financial visibility, enhance decision-making, and support initiatives that strengthen performance and long-term value creation. 

Since joining Thought Logic nearly a decade ago during its early growth stage, Kasey has helped evolve the finance function into a trusted partner for the business. Her experience spans M&A transactions, management reporting, operational finance, and executive-level collaboration across both corporate and PE-backed environments.
