Carrie Salzwedel is a Finance and EPM transformation leader driving growth across our Cross Industry Solutions and EPM practices. She takes a holistic approach to optimizing processes, people, technology, and data—enabling clients to focus on strategic, value-added initiatives. Carrie leads client delivery from both functional and technical perspectives and actively supports team development.

With deep experience in both industry and high-growth consulting, she brings practical insights and leading practices to every engagement. She collaborates with fellow Thought Logic leaders to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to complex, multiphase projects—aligning short- and long-term objectives with measurable outcomes.

Carrie joined Thought Logic after helping build a OneStream practice at a high-growth firm after first establishing a success career in both Financial Services and Global Manufacturing. Her background in both Finance and Accounting, combined with her rise through the consulting ranks, gives her a unique client perspective. She is a certified OneStream Architect and a former CPA and serves as a lead in our OneStream Center of Excellence.
